Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  1. 1. Order Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 3 days of purchase, provided it hasn’t been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may refuse delivery.

  2. 2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products: Report the issue to our customer service team within 2 days of delivery. Once we verify the returned product, we will deliver the replacement/exchange within 5–7 days.

  3. 3. Manufacturer Warranty: For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

  4. 4. Refunds: If a refund is approved after verification, it will be credited to the original payment method within 6–7 days.
